“I recently joined Brecknock Dental practice as an emergency patient due to unbearable tooth pain. I was seen by Dr Neil Maroo who was able to give me a same-day appointment. I was promptly diagnosed as needing root canal treatment which requires 2 further appointments. I am extremely happy with the work that Neil did. I confessed at my first appointment that I am very nervous of going to the dentist but was made to feel at ease throughout all my appointments which were completely pain-free. I personally found my appointment to always run on time and was not left waiting for ages. All staff were very polite and sensitive from reception staff to the nurse and dentist himself. I was very happy with the service I received and the work done and am very grateful to all at Brecknock.”

“I had a terrible experience with my previous dentist and called this local practice a few weeks ago. I was in severe pain and my previous dentists were being incredibly unhelpful. I called Brecknock Dental to enquire if they were taking new NHS patients. Not only was I registered immediately on the telephone but when I explained I was in pain, the receptionist told me to come down straight away. She said I would have to wait but she would definitely ensure I was seen. That very afternoon root canal work commenced to relieve me of discomfort. A special mention must go out to Debbie – the amazing receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. I’m sticking with this practice from now on, I just couldn’t fault their service.”

“I would never choose another dental surgery. Myself and my two sons are treated here and I always leave feeling great. My son recently had to have two baby teeth removed under local anaesthetic, he’s 10 years old, and he got through it amazingly due to how calm and gentle both the dentist and the dental nurse were, they were so good it meant my asthmatic son didn’t have to have a general anaesthetic in hospital. Both were very patient with my two years old as well. Previous appointments have been with a dentist who is also very kind and very good. And thank you so much to the receptionists who managed to squeeze me in! From the moment you walk in through the door to the moment you leave you are cared for. Highly, highly recommended practice.
